  • HOW DO THE BADGE BUDDIES WORK? / WHAT ALL DO I NEED?
    all poppy jane badge buddies are interchangeable! you purchase a badge reel and the "toppers" all come with a unique dual lock velcro that makes them universal
  • WHAT IF MY BADGE REEL BREAKS?
    bummer! this can unfortunately happen due to normal wear & tear. if your reel itself breaks, just email a photo of it to jess@shoppoppyjane.com and we will replace it for free! you just pay shipping. the reels are guaranteed for life- because what fun are badge buddies if you have nothing to stick them to?!
  • WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER?
    we are human, so unfortunately mistakes happen! good news is they are generally an easy fix! should you have an issue with your order, reach out to us jess@shoppoppyjane.com

  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
    each and every item is handmade to order! i have a production time of 5-7 business days. i do my absolute best to keep all inventory in stock, but that of course could change due to demand of supply. in the event you order something that is out of stock, i will reach out to you as soon as possible.
  • MY PACKAGE IS LOST/DAMAGED
    when your item ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. once it leaves my office, it is under the responsibility of USPS and no changes can be made. if your items are delivered damaged, please email pictures of items and packaging to jess@shoppoppyjane.com no claims can be filed through USPS without proof of damage please note that poppy jane is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
